Binding galloons and edgings are used to bind edges, seams, or open cut edges. They can be used both for aesthetic and functional purposes. They define edges dimensionally and by adding colour while at the same time protecting and stabilising them.
On our braiding and crochet galloon machines, we can manufacture a wide range of different binding galloons and edgings. Thanks to their structure, braided binding galloons offer light flexibility and, as a result, adapt well to the shape, especially when binding curved or round edges and seams. Crocheted binding galloons are particularly three-dimensional and add a unique touch to the article of clothing.
