With respect to the terms of delivery, the latest version of the "Standard Conditions of the German Textile Industry" will apply.
As an addendum to § 10, it is stipulated that, in the event of a sale of goods supplied with reservation of title, the claim against the buyer will replace the goods supplied with reservation of title prior to their final payment.
Any excess or short delivery of up to 10% is reserved, as are slight deviations in the colours, widths and lengths.
Place of performance and jurisdiction for both parties is Wuppertal.
Complaints can only be considered if they are made no later than within 8 days following receipt of the goods.
Once processing of the goods supplied has commenced, any complaint is precluded.
Returns will only be accepted if our consent is obtained beforehand.
